You ask if they obtain their career goals, what hope, finally, if they are "old". Normally, this would lead to an answer that the price you ask such a step. (Example: "One day I hope to teach the opportunity, and how young minds as well. I hope that through the internship, I will be able to learn some skills and learn from students.)
What they want is when they talk about their aspirations in life, which ultimately wants to achieve in your life. Also expected in general that it has come to an answer that the course you ask such a step. (eg I like to start a family someday. I know that takesmuch responsibility, but I hope I can learn a lot from this course, so that you can on the ground and continue to have some security mechanisms, which today Finacial needs of families. "
